Just to know what recomendations would you give to bond poliester to VER?
From what I have read, I guess a metacrilate glue is a good way to go.
I am about to build a hood, I will post a couple of pictures when done.
I will do a infusion with some CF+VER for the upper part, and the skeleton will be of GF+poliester.

For a hood you can use a methacrylate, but even an MS Polymer.
I found both of them to be very expensive, the methacrylate is almost 100 usd per 500 ml.
what about a polyurethane adhesive?
I check with a pal and he recomends me the polyurethane, but his experience is mainly in the building construction area.
MS Polymer is some 8-15 euro per 300 ml.
MMA is some 40 euro per 380 ml (Plexus)
My suggestion is to look at other suppliers.
Not sure if you will be able to get it where you are but Gurits Spabond structural adhesives 340 and 345 are both good.
At a guess you would want the adhesive to stand up to a what ever temperature you expect to see under the hood which could be quiet high
