How do they get the plug out again? On the close-up of the guy sanding the frame fresh out of the press, it didn’t look like the plug remains inside.
Well if you look at 2.20 for example compared to 1.48, you can see the slots for the top tube and down tube so they slide out along their length I would imagine prior to curing (see 2,35 where they’re removed). As for the head tube, I guess its flexible enough to come out at the top of the head tube or the bottom of it, most likely after curing.
And yeah…Id hate to have that job of sanding those frames!
