Getting a dull finish...

All the painted parts we make come out of the mold then get scotch brited, cleaned and sprayed with a flat clear to give it a dull finish. Is there an easier way to get a dull finish without the extra steps? Is there a way to dull the mould surface but at the same time be able to pull the part out?

Not sure if it could work and it might give problems with releasing, but flat and dull the mold surfce with scotchbrite.

Do not dull the mould. Use a flat sealer, like sealmatte from Zyvax. This prevents problems with release.
