Flat Panel Lay up

Had some issues lately with laying up flat panels.

I won’t go into details of how i attempted to make these panels. I will just say they were vacuum bagged and one was VIP.

I have to make another panel and want to avoid pinholes. I want to use Divinicell foam core. How should i lay it up to avoid pinholes? I have infusion epoxy on hand, regular lay up epoxy, and VER. The foam core i have is not designed for infusion.

MEMBRANE! I’ve been doing flat panel infusions for years now, and sometimes i get a perfect part, sometimes surface voids. Go slow when infusing, make sure there are no racetracks, and add a delay line. Membrane is a good thing too.

If you don’t “go into details” about the parts you’re having issues with, it’s hard to recommend a solution.
