flat panel help with minimal materals

hey guys,

I have to make a flat panel tonight that is 32x26 in size. It is going to be used as a sunroof plug. I have plenty of carbon and kevlar. I am out of epoxy and i have some PER and VER. Well i need to have it ship tomorrow. My biggest problem is the product potato chipping (what we call it) where as it finishes curing the edges start to fold up. I have plenty of core but again the main problem is it curling up while it shrinks and cures. Will using the VER really help with this or is it going to do the same thing? Any help will be appreciated

Cut the pieces in different directions and lay them up that way. Wet lay up vacuum bagged or VIP?
