Filling gaps in a seam

Hi!

Any suggestions on how to fill this gaps in the seam between two parts bonded together?

Is there anykind of black bondo epoxy compatible so i can fill the gaps sand and clearcoat??

Thanks in advance

if non structural, you can use Adtech P-17 VE black filler.

its a seam in a car wing. Would you consider it structural?

I would use a structural adhesive to bond the wing. You can get in black. If you cannot find a black one then you can use the black filler after bonding at the visible area

That is the case. I bonded the two parts with a structural adhesive but it did´t spread perfect and left those voids
maybe with a black epoxy used to repair moulds?

yes, you can die epoxy black or use this filler. Just dont use either for actually bonding the wing. The P-17 black is a very good match to carbon.

You can also mix graphite dust into your resin. It turns it BLACK. It makes it a little harder to sand but doable. Find it in hobby shops. They use it as a dry lubricant.

I have here some black epoxy for repairing moulds and tried. Turned out nice! It cures in a couple of hours but you have to work fast

Thanks for the help!

Anyone know off hand which brand/part number structural adhesive is recommended for Divinycell foam?
