Fairing for a classic race bike

Below is an image of the right side of fairing for a classic 250cc race bike, i used wet lay and vacuum and the pre trimmed weight is 315 grams. The complete fairing should be under 650 grams and its for a very well developed Greeves 250.

very nice!
I wanted a Griffon back in the day. please post pic’s when done

I have made a seat for the same classic greeves race bike, i used infusion and the pre trimmed weight is 208 grams.

Another image of the seat.

It is amazing how light it all can be… But still everytime I mix up some resin I am never sure what I will see when it is cured… haha… Nice work…

oh. that is gorgeous. man i’d love to see it on the bike.
i realize this thread is like 6 months old.

In the UK classic race bike championship you can not use naked carbon so it has to be painted, below is a pic of the bike and it won the 250 singles championship with ease raced by the Dutch young gun Joop VanDerpol .
