Hey all,
Been doing alot of fibreglassing using a spray up machine. Having continuous problems with getting the material to lay down around external 90 degree bends. I was using Hybon 6000 fiberglass but changed to hybon 6313 which is specifically designed for ‘excellent mold conformance and intricate parts.’
The 6313 is definitly an improvement but I’ve tried everything I can think of with machine settings, technique and how much I’m laying on and always hit against the material not laying down.
Now I know external 90 degree bends are amoung the worst profiles to ask fiberglass to conform too, with that said I’m looking at Chinese stuff everyday thats spray layed up and they seem to have no issues - what is I doing wrong 
Any help would be greatly appreciated - the madness is setting in - fun with composites hey
