Not sure if its water tight, but all i have used to bond G10 together is loctite EA9394.
Are most epoxies water tight or am I mistaken? If all things equal that is meaning no voids ect.
Mix epoxy with flocked cotton (creates a mixture called “flox”) and use that for bonding. Make sure to sand each bonded surface well within a hour of bonding (creates both an electro-chemical bond as well as a physical bond).
