Dickhead employee forgot to put accelerator in the resin. Its all run down the sides and pooled in the bottom over night.
Already 5 layers of 450 grams CSM. Any ideas or is just all destroyed for remove and start again?
Was a hand layup job to pull a new plug off the mould before we, I , experiment with injection prestovac.

If it doesnt have accellerator does it cure? I will fill it with polyeurethane two-parts afterwards to make rigid. Have they xxxx my gelocoat? Gelcoat was thick and good. I cant believe the morons in this world how does anyone do business with such stupidity. They forgot the cobolt.
I’d at least check in with your resin salesman or manufacturer before doing anything. Cobalt is the initiator added to resin prior to catalyzing for those of you no aware of this yet. I do this step with my modified Vinylesters.
I’ve not had this experience to walk through. Your rein supplier or rep should have a direct answer for outcome. Anything else is no more than a guess and chance.

Had this problem a while ago. And a colleague of mine a week ago. (stupid mekp had nearly the same colour, now it’s gone…)
I rolled a layer of good resin over it, and within a few weeks it was quite hardened. Last time we had no time for that, pulled it off and laminated it again.
