The guy that own it was a sup prime home loan business and had a warehouse of collectable cars, dating a soap opera star and living the high life (as there was an article in the local paper on him…and it was the real deal car).
But lately, he lost everything…cars, starlet and more…

duh, soap opera star = soap opera life.
Someone was in the hospital dying and he was counting on being the beneficiary, however, at the last second the dying person backstabbed him and gave the money to his ex-wife, who consequently hates him for marrying the young soap opera star.

The owners name is Daniel, and he lives down the road from me. The Enzo is very real, and he has (or had) a nice assortment of cars.
To make a long story short, he built up a shady lending company, and made many millions. He paid for the making of the crap movie Redline, just so his aspiring actress girlfriend could have a role. The movie flopped and lost millions. The lending company has a lot of people not paying, and costing the company millions. Daniel sold off a bunch of cars and assets to stay afloat, and seems he’s not making it.
