Ebay vacuum pump

What do you guys think of some of these pumps, do you think they will work well for resin infusion? Are they reliable? I need something to run in 100degree ambient temp for 6 hrs or so.

they look like nice pumps, never heard of that brand myself.

3cfm pump will evacuate air more slowly than 6cfm but that can be advantageous… because it gives you time to adjust the vacuum bag pleats etc. 6cfm will pull full vacuum quickly giving not much time to adjust the bag, but i suppose for a few minutes you could run partial vacuum so you have adjustment time, then kick a ball valve open to engage full vacuum.

sorry i don’t know more about those brand of pumps :o

For that price range you should be able to find a new Robinair pump.
