I’m trying to make a high temp vacuum hose. Must be able to survive 300F.
I’ve checked at mcmaster carr, but they have way too many to choose from.
Wondering if anyone has some good sources for hose and quick connects.
Thanks

Torr Technologies has lots of fun stuff.

We get ours from a hydraulic hose and fitting company. They are designed for many bars of pressure and 200C oil. There is no point me telling the company we get them from as they’re here in New Zealand. But I’m sure you could find someone locally.
We just get a thick walled teflon tube from McMaster. 3/8" ID with blue strip, and it’s white. (There are clear, but I think those are thin walled) Expensive, but usable at high temps if you don’t care about ultraflexible lines. Barb fittings to QC’s and you are good to go!
Airtech has a nice line of hoses as well.
Can you link to the specific hoses you use? any problems with the hoses collapsing under full vacuum?
dunno if this link will work: http://www.mcmaster.com/#tubing/=efho4y
But, the thick walled version, 3/8" inside, blue stripe. maybe 2mm thick? If does not collapse, but the end is more conformable when heated, sometimes if I use a metal fitting (straight, elbow, etc), I have to recut the end off and reuse the tube.
