does any of the peel plys help resin flow without the need to purchase resin flow media?
also im going to purchase some mould release. what is the best from tygavac? SP441? do i need the sealer and what does this do also?

no ,peel ply doesnt do much of a job helping resin flow…
Well, your subject mentions peel ply and release film, and the message says nothing about release film!
Peel Ply is a coated fabric, and release film is a thin non-stick plastic film, like teflon.
As for the message. No, you normally need a separate flow media. There ARE some bagging films that supposedly have resin flow channels in it. I haven’t used them. Check out I THINK Airtech, or Northern Fiberglass, and ask them.
If the part is REALLY small, you can try using 2 layers of peel ply, and the inlet in the middle of the part,
