I am familiar with what 2x2 twill looks like but what does 2x2 dual wtill look like?
I have seen different weaves of carbon/kevlar where it’s a 2x2 twill weave but one looks like they run diagonally across the length of the materials looking like a stair case and others where they don’t. Is this it?
Twill is twill. 2x2 has to be over 2 under 2.
Yes you are right, I just realized that to get the staircase look the carbon and kevlar have to alternate…
4x4 twill looks nice too 
2x2 is cheaper though I do believe. I wish i had the $ to make an order from England for some hybrids a certain factory has there… basket weave carbon/kevlar etc… nice looking stuff… they even had or have black/silver basket weave hybrid. The sales guy told me he has a minimum order amount of one roll, but he also said he would sell me 15 yards at a time… price was like $29 a yard or so plus shipping cost. I may do it this year if I get enough orders to finance it.
Ya the materials that are available in Europe are beautiful!
Wish we had better access to them here in North America…let alone Canada…
