Did anyone see the how its made carbon fiber car parts?

I have been trying to find the episode streaming. It was Doug’s company 3gservicesinc.com that was making the side skirt they made. He was infusing the part too. I can’t remeber for the life of me his username here on the site. Congrats!

What channel was this on? I’m guessing these were low budget car parts being made, or was it a pro shop?

Was it How It’s Made on Science/Discovery channel?
I was yelling at the tv a few times…the one part I remember was them saying that “now the carbon is covered by flow media, which helps the resin go into the carbon”, WHILE they are putting peelply on…and then later, put on red media (i forget what they called that, if anything)
I also laughed when they use PVA, but that is just me
Oh, and no gloves, but full respirators
My wife on the other hand, was complaining the entire time that it’s sooooo booooring. women. I’ve seen them do better carbon fiber segments on that show. I love the one with the sailboat masts!

If it IS the How It’s Made show, it was full carbon, and infused. But…PAINTED!!!

It was and I have it tivo’ed too!

Flow media was mesh…

My co-worker here told me about it (he’s planning on having me do a couple of his bike components once I feel I’m ready) and I wish I’d have caught it.
