Design Critique

I’m designing a nose cone for my Formula Hybrid team and I was wondering where I should flange the mold.
I was thinking straight down the middle, reason being the slight bulge in the top view and the undercut in the front view. This would mean that I’d have to infuse the right and left side separately then join together.

However since this is just an aesthetic part would it be more beneficial to remove the undercut and just infuse the part as a whole?

Thanks in advance!

How thick do you want to make it? It almost looks like you might be able to pull off a one piece mold to me…

Hardly thick at all, two or three layers would be more than sufficient. It’s more aesthetic than anything else.

looks like it would come out in one piece to me if the bottom is open or has a removable mould section.
