Demoulding tubes

Hey guys, I need to make a tube - diameter 9 centimeters , and 50 centimeters long.
I want:
1.to overlay a carbon on metal tube.
2.lay carbon inside tube.

My question is: Is it possible to demould such carbon tube ??
any ideas?

I saw the patent with “freezing the mandrel” its good for overlay tubes, what about tubes laid inside?

Release product and heating up while curing/cooling down after cure would ne sufficient for an easy release

Yes
Liquid release agent, aluminium mandrel, hollow preferably
Carbon laid up over the top and compressed.
Cure at elevated temperature
Remove at elevated temperature when cured
Place in a bucket of ice water immediately - aluminium slides out
Simples

Ok, thats when laying CF on mandrel, what if I want to lay carbon in tube, how to get it out?

Reverse the heating and (cooling)part. You can’t cool below the reaction temperature though, so it won’t be as easy.

You mean freeze the component and then quick put in oven?

The search tool is your friend

Heating the tube expand it, cooling contract it. So If you want to make bigger the diametre you need to heating.

Why don’t you make a 2 part tube mould?

because ill be infusing it, and two part mould means additional problems with sealing…
