Delamination due to early demolding?

Is it possible for Duratech to delaminate from a part if the part is pulled out too soon?

For the first time in months I demolded a part in the same day as I infused it and it seemed as if there was air in the part. Not air bubbles trapped in between the weave of the part, but air trapped over the top dead center point of each cross weave and in between the gel coat, (duratech clear).

I then began to wonder if it was really air, or perhaps delamination? My guess is that because we demolded a complex shaped part only after 5 hours after infusion, (vinyl ester resin catylized at 1.7% in 80 degree weather)the laminate slightly separated from the duratech in a few areas where more stress was applied upon the part to be removed.

I will have to post pictures tomorrow.

A few things to noteā€¦

We let the duratech dry fully and then we sand the duratech with 400.
This part was infused by MVR8071 from Resin Research
We let the part cure for 5 hours in 80 degree temp catylized @ 1.7%
The part was made out of one layer of 11.5 oz carbon, 19.7oz carbon, and 17oz biaxial glass.
Every time we demold this part we really have to put allot of force into it because it has a very slight negative angle.
