Is this type of resin good to use with vacuum bagging? I am curious because this site doesn’t mention it.

A friend used DCPD in open mold i believe and had excellent results. But I don’t do open molding.
For wet bagging or infusion?
If infusion, choose a non accelerated, non thixotropic version with low peak exotherm if you are doing thicker laminates.
Promote the resin yourself.
Keep in mind that in very thin places (where the resin creeps under the bag at the flange, near to the sealant tape) the resin will probably not cure.
