How to manufacture a closed cylinder filled with foam using GFRP.

It depends on the application and required characteristics.
Easiest way is probably to wrap the glass around the foam in a wet layup.
Thanks for your reply, we have tried this , layer are getting slipped when we wrap the glass around the foam, kindly do suggest any other alternative method

Can you post more details please IE size of the cylinder plus the reinforcement specification and some images.

best might be a large braided tube that you can pull over the cylinder this way it can’t really shift much.
I suggest a braid as well. The top and bottom can be normal layers of fabric, alternated with the braid. I would suggest vac bagging it though. Not sure how the braid will stay tight otherwise.
