does have anybody know the Crush-Core Process. The Production of Sidewall Panels for Aircrafts will be done in this Technology.
There are not many Informations out there. I need this for my study. Thanks Guys

What excactly are you looking for? the tooling and press are sized by the selected core compressive strength … It is not a kind process for beginners …
i looking for all kind of informations about this process. We want to establish this process at our university
interesting… never heard of that process being done with honeycomb core. I do know that rohacell core can be thermoformed in a similar fashion.
We cnc machine or hand cut honeycomb. It would be nice to have a faster method of core forming for production.
