Carbon fibre works LTD UK have introduced a range of courses to cover most aspects of composite manufacture.
1 Pattern and mould making
2 Wet lay and vacuum bagging
3 Resin infusion
4 OOA pre preg
5 Composite repair.
The courses are approximately 80% practical and will be delivered at our new premises in Lancashire, lunch will be provided and candidates will be able to purchase materials and equipment at the end of the course.We are 5 minutes drive from J27 on the M6 motorway and 5 minutes walk from the local train station. The cost of each course is £199 all inclusive, if you would like to book a course please email carbonfibreworks@aol.com
We can also supply OOA pre preg with minimum order.

Some composites training that isn’t down south. Excellent! Severely tempted by this as you’re only 70miles away.

Out of curiosity, what dates do you have for the courses? What size are the course groups?

If you email me regarding the course you are interested in I will let you know the dates, the maximum number of candidates is currently four {although we have the capacity for more ) this is to ensure each candidate gets the most from the course and maximum time with the instructor.

Currently single days but we are looking at using the last week in each month to run all courses.

Course details are as below. Each of these areas are a full one day course, running from 9 am to 4:30 pm approx.

Courses 2015 Dates:

Wet Lay Vacuum Bagging: Monday 5th October 2015 /Monday 2nd November 2015/Monday 30th November 2015

Resin Infusion: Tuesday 6th October 2015 / Tuesday 3rd November 2015/ Tuesday 1st December 2015

Pre-Preg OOA: Wednesday 7th October 2015 / Wednesday 4th November 2015 / Wednesday 2nd December 2015

Pattern & Mould Making: Thursday 8th October 2015 / Thursday 5th November 2015 / Thursday 3rd December 2015

Carbon Fibre Repair: Friday 9th October 2015 / Friday 6th November 2015 / Friday 4th December 2015

Payment terms Full payment to have been made by 14 days prior to course start date.

Invoice will be emailed/sent upon booking.

Payment method: Paypal / bank transfer/ cheque or cash

All courses £199 per day.

Light lunch and refreshments provided (please advise of any special dietary requirements).

All materials and equipment provided.

Free parking facilities.

Please note that our training centre is located on the first floor. Access is via a short flight of stairs. Any participants with mobility issues please contact us before booking.
