I have several that I have made, mostly for quoting or cost comparison purpose.
I would suggest having a material data base page that can be easily added to over time, and use Vlookup to assign all the key data. This makes it easy to select different combinations of materials, laminate stacks, and add/modify materials.
Also, since work hours are never so simple, I usually do another page that I can list out the steps and assign specific work hours to each step. More work but more accurate. Depends what your ultimate goal is.
Lastly would suggest sticking to metric based values (P.S. I’m American )
