As far as language issue, it’s not very crucial as long as they can still communicate and understand work instructions. I’d still like to talk with them to get a better feel for their English.

I’ve been really busy with work. I was promoted to supervisor so now I’m in charge of hiring. We’re currently 18 people short so I’m in a little bit of a bind here. I thought about asking you today when I should have asked a couple of weeks ago.

This Composite shop does Carbon Fiber pre-pregs aerospace parts which is like a tar paper and much safer than the open wet lay ups.
