composite curing oven temp controller

Hi guys, i’m planning on building a curing oven but i need help with choosing a suitable temp controller / PID. what should i be looking for?

something with a ramp/soak function is nice to control the whole process, and the ability to program enough steps/multiple programs is a plus too.
