Not sure where to post this. It was for a repair to a damaged keel section on a boat. The spec called for four individual HD M130 foam epoxy beams each wet layed up with layers of QE1200. When cured then all stuck together and bonded in place. I thought I would try to to infuse the part as it would be nicer to do and give a good flat surface to continue with the rest of the repair lay up onto. I was pleased with how it came out as I had not infused anything this thick with multiple cores and laminates before. The beam was bonded in place then overlayed with 5 layers of QEA 1200 and 9 layers of XE 900 which I scarfed and tapered into the ground back origional keel and hull laminates to give a flush repair.
