I have produced this air intake for my pulsar, i did a group buy on these on the owners club but in grp. weighed in at 500g or there abouts give or take.
Now i wont a 1 off just for my gtir, in carbon but i think i will have to make a 2 or more peice mold. because of the shape.

The reason behind this it i am funning my turbo straight behind the the headlight for maximum airflow with a one of manifold.
I dont think it is possible to do it with one peice of carbon though.
to me it looks like it can be a one piece mold with no problem
But not one peice carbon??
you should be able to do one piece carbon aswell. just make sure your not using a plain weave. 2x2 or 4x4 twill or 4 or 5 harness satin should be very easy. good luck!
i wold say thats fairly easy for one piece of twill also

I agree to try the twill. And if it doesn’t turn out, oh well… Its not like you would have wasted lots of money… Twill carbon for that size piece is like $5-10.
