Has anyone tried using a clicker press to cut carbon out ?
Maybe even one of those twin roller setups that you roll the die thru ?
I’m thinking of adding a pizza cutter to my Cnc , but it will still be slower than using a die, and I’m sure I’m gonna waste a lot of carbon getting it setup 100%
One of my coworkers just got one of these at work. He uses it to press some stuff but was having a die made to cut some carbon into circles. I usually cut pieces on the CNC cutting table but, with the clicker press he figured he could just do it himself. I haven’t seen it done yet, he was working on getting some dies made. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work, that thing puts off significant pressure.
