Here is my latest creation, it is a front number board for a classic race bike made from 100% carbon fibre and epoxy resin. The finish you see is as it came out of the mould with no gel coat etc just the epoxy, the weight is 120 grams

Yes I used infusion and I make sure the mould is in excellent condition so I can have a good finish straight from the mould. Three layers of 195g Twill and five layers on the top edge to take the load from the screen that will be fitted.
