CFC BMW S1000RR 1 of 1

Hey guys, long time no see…was very busy setting up my company… just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to all the guys here on the forum…since for the last few years we’re sharing secrets, techniques, ideas and after a lot of testing, failures, reading and gained experienced I reached to a level to make my hobby a full time job!

Now on our subject, I present you the demo bike of my company, our racing BMW S1000RR.
Made via Vac.Infusion blending two different carbon weaves. Textreme Carbon is an amazing looking weave!

Just browsed your site. Nice work keep it up! Love the BMW bike, used to own one before I dropped out of bikes. So just a comment, and this may be a American reading this problem. But when you say -70% weight reduction, I see that as a double negative. I think no one will mistake you for making parts 70% heavier than original, but just a observation.

Looks awesome, nice weave pattern. It’s a heavier frabric wright ? Good luck with your company.

I absolutely love the way you are cutting up the carbon look!!! The different weaves in one part is soooo sick!

probably you’re right about the double negative…I might be the first one offering 70% heavier parts made out of carbon fiber :D:D:D Thanks, for the comments!

Actually textreme weave is only 160gr/sqm and much more “powerfull”. Thanks!

Thanks! doing my best :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice work!!!

Nice work!
