Carbon wall supports?

My workshop walls have bowed slightly (clay soils, water management issues). I had a structural engineer out and he said I just need to fix the grading, which is being done soon. I also wanted to do some carbon wall supports as added insurance to prevent more movement. Has anyone done carbon wall supports on a cinder block wall?

There are a bunch of kits out there for homeowners or contractors to install, it’s usually about 24 feet of of a 6" wide unidirectional carbon and a large tube applicator for epoxy resin, for which they charge $450.

Does anyone have experience with this? I was planning to piece together my own kit from 20oz unidirectional carbon a laminating resin. Does anyone happen to know if there are any specific properties I need in a resin for this application? As best I can tell, I just want a resin with enough viscosity to stay on a wall but that will still wet out a heavy fabric. Pro-set LAM-145 / LAM-224 looks like it would be perfect.

No direct experience with this but you would probably want to go with two different resins. Look at the Pro-set 175-277 as a primer (ie applied to the cinder blocks) then using the Lam-145 for wetting out the carbon. Depending on the temperatures you might want to think about the medium or slow instead of the fast hardener. While I’m a big fan of the Pro-set products for their quality and ease of sourcing in the US there are probably cheaper option for this application.
