Here’s my latest product. It is fully trimmed, it only needs clearcoating now.
Kevlar is a fantastic material but a real BITCH to trim afterwards. My dremel kept breaking the discs and i finally used my angle grinder… After a while the grinder came to its limits, so hot… it’s a lot easier to cut steel… :eek:
And here is a picture of a kitcar to see where this part is placed exactly. Do you think it will look nice?

I think it will look very nice. I do think that it would look good if you did the carbon kevlar on all of the black sections of the car.
Could you make a mould for the nose for me please?
