carbon, kevlar, glass fiber

“C6 Studio” - is seeking an experienced and innovative team with composite products for the motor sport, experience in design and production. Our goal - to make composites of carbon, glass fibers, aramid and found increasingly wider applicability in various fields. Innovation - our driving force and passion.

Company C6 Studio produces final products or their components from composites, which are used in the selection of appropriate combinations of materials, their characteristics outperform steel, aluminum products and structures. Composite products are widely used in motorsport, automotive, medical, sports equipment, aerospace, furniture design, defense, construction and other fields.

With a suitably qualified and production equipment, we produce three of the main beam:

Carbon fiber (also known as the Carbon) - used to facilitate details without sacrificing stiffness. Glass fiber - mainly for structures where necessary to replicate the form, but with lower strength or durability requirements. Aramid (also known as the Kevlar name) - highly resistant to external destructive forces, friction (and therefore used for making bullet-proof vests, helmets soldiers motorsport those parts which are the subject of increased friction). Using different technologies (eg. Using outright or multidirectional fabrics) and using different materials with unique chemical and physical properties of the manufactured products with product specific requirements.

The second, but equally important component in the production of resin composites, which are divided into polyester and epoxy. “C6 studio” production process used exclusively for epoxy resins, which, although significantly (more than 10 times) more expensive than polyester resins, but guarantees an exceptionally high quality of the product. Used in the manufacture of these fibers impregnation techniques:

  1. Infusion - vacuum disbanded and fabric impregnated with liquid resin, a freezing during those given the rigidity.

  2. Prepreg - soaked and frozen at low temperature fiber is heated to a high temperature, which is obtained stagnant product.

  3. Filling comb - between 2 layers of composite honeycomb inserted.
