The Carbon/Kevlar will be tougher to work with, as the kevlar requires special cutters, whereas anything decently sharp can cut carbon reasonably well.

ugh…the salesman said the twill weave is eaiser to work with around tight curves…ugh…
i’ll get some pure regular carbon tomorrow !
wow, deffinately the TWILL weave conforms better than a plain weave fabric
The issue with the kevlar is as FOZ says is cutting and final edge finishing
Ack, my bad! Got those two switched again…TWILL drapes around curves easier. :o
The kevlar doesnt wet out as nice either. I have to wet sand all my edges, then treat all the edges with resin, and then UV clear coat them.
Carbon Kevlar I use it in all my project. Specially in the last layer. Some times I make products only Carbon Kevlar and is very very strong.
