Carbon fiber model boat.

Hello, newbie here. One of my hobbies is racing model boats. I recently got into a 1/6 scale class. These are 1/6 scale of original unlimited hydroplanes. I built a wood boat last year and it did pretty well so I decided I would try to do a carbon version. I have been volunteering for a full sized unlimited hydroplane project for the past few years so I have a little bit of experience with resin infusion. But this is the first time to try it on my own. This hull is 24 in wide x 55 in long. for the top I used 2 layers of 5.7oz cloth with a layer of 2mm soric honeycomb core. The bottom has 3 layers of the same cloth with soric core in specific places like engine bay, running surfaces and transom. The first boat came out pretty well, and is very fast, so I’m pretty happy so far. I’m planning on selling these and have some interest so I may make some money back. Here are a couple videos I made of the layup and infuson of the bottom.
