Here are some pics of CF diffusers that I made.
I was using vacuum infusion process on hand shaped aluminum mould… Sorry but I don’t have any pics during process.
That’s how it looks like
Here diffusers are not coated yet, so they have a bit matte look…
And coated with mounting holes…
hi, how many layers of carbon did you use to achieve that thickeness.

Really nice job, but I was wondering if that amount of stifness (& materials) are necessary for the forces taken by a diffuser?
no they’re not but I had some waste material(honeycomb)so I insert it, but only because of thickness…
They are 4,5mm thick
