Carbo e-Therm in mould heating

Hi all does anybody here have experience with Carbo e-Therm? I am building a new plug at the moment. Product is 100mmx50mm x 2.5 meters in length and will have a two piece closed mould. As it’s a smallish mould the coverage is not high and I am tempted to experiment a little for mould heating.
Any views on the product welcome.

I know the product. We wanted to use it to heat a mould, a very simple mould and Future Carbon told us that it is possible but not as easy as it seems to be. It works very well on a total flat mould, but if there are any corners it will cause problems to get a constant temperature.
To heat a mould I prefer cf rovings, but may be future carbon will fix some problems and it will work in the near future because the idea and the product is great.

DD thats interesting thanks, my only corners in the mould are the ones created at joining flange the part itself is tube like tapering and flattening off at the end, all gentle curves. Perhaps it might work. I will enquire about this when I next speak with Future Carbon.
Have you a link about the cf rovings method is it difficult to control the temperature? Looking for a max of 100 degree C.
