A good buddy of mine was asking me if I knew of anyone in So. Calif. that does Carbide coating of cutting tools. I said I thought the tool would be made of carbide and not a coating (unless it was “TI” coatings). Any others have any information or ideas on this? Where and how much do you pay for CNC cutting tools for Composites??? In my classroom, we are just using the standard bandsaw blades, router bits and a panel saw blade on our mitre chop saw but they don’t last very long…
