Hi all.
Here is plug, for a Spitfire roof, hopefully, designed to mount a radiator in rear boot space.
Mold, using chopped strand matt, approx’ 30 kilos resin.
Side vent molds, bolted from outside, will be released within article. Will be using carbon fiber for article. Still debating use of aluminium honeycomb.

be sure to make a frame for that mold or it will warp given a little time.
If you still have the plug… next the plug back into the mold, build a steel tube frame or wood frame onto the backside of the mold. Molds will really buckle and change shape if not braced from behind.
