those are cool. We had some mandrels made here in California but they are for a part that is more like a tube. we made the mandrels from tooling foam and had them dipped. They came out pretty nice.
the other option is silicone.

Hi I’m trying to find someone to make bladders and advise on bladder manufacture . Could you tell me where you had yours dipped where they high temp bladders as I’m using prepreg. Im in New Zealand and no one makes high temp bladders here so it is proving a bit difficult tracking someone down. I think I need to make polystyrene cores and have them dipped then melt out core in acetone.
I have been looking for someone who can help for a long time so any help would be awesome .

www.piercanusa.com is the only latex bladder mfcr. i know of. they will make bladders off your plug. in the bicycle manufacturing vid. you posted, what is the removeable solid core material at 1:23 on the video? thankyou.
