C/F Twill… where do you guys buy yours ( not in bulk ) and how much $ are you paying for it?
I paid $31 also from AVT in Indianapolis. $26.55 per yard for 100yds.
I pay about $30 a yard by the yard from fiberlay.
I can get rolls for about $2100 a roll but I have to order at least 5
Ok when the company states the price is $31/yard and the fabric comes 50 inches wide; is that going to be 50" x 36" or am i just dreaming?
also can you guys take a read and possibly reply to a new thead i’m posting on epoxy and resins.
Yes, that would be 1 yard.
1 yd. as much as i’ve ever seen is ONE LINEAR yard – when the fabric is pulled from the roll it is measured how far from the roll it is – same way fabrics in any typical “housewife” fabric store.

Man… solarcomposites.com needs to do something professional with their website check out… they make ordering online a p.i.t.a. Sucks because their prices are good. Their website is like the 1990’s revisited.
yeah, but they’re efficient, I ordered 2 yards of fabric last wed. and it was at my door friday evening.
plus if you ever have any questions he will talk your ear off! I don’t think I have called them and talked less then 20 minutes about stuff. Great company!
Maybe that is the best way for me to order from them, if i need to. By telephone. I’m thinking of using Fiberlay for most products, but if they are out of something or i can get it for less from SolarComposites then i’ll buy from them also.

also put into consideration the more you buy from 1 company the better the discount you get for everything. I only use 2 suppliers for 99% of my stuff. In the beginning I paid a little more for some stuff then I could have got elsewhere but as my volume went up in ordering my prices got better and better and now I can’t find better prices anywhere for what I get.
