I have some foam rubber i want to “glue” to the backside of a carbon fiber part. What adhesive will permanently bond them together?
What type of foam, and what density? Have you tried Methacralates (sp)or polyurathanes? Sorry I can’t be more help:(
Test a small piece with epoxy resin?
Anyone know where to buy 3M brand adhesive sheets? Double sided sticky tape sheets?
There are many high strength epoxy and acrylic adhesives that will bond to these materials.
Once bonded, the foam rubber will be what fails if pulled.
