BMW S1000RR Carbon fiber

Hi there guys,

long time ago, too much work and no time not even to think.

Anyway I create (2nd in the world maybe :stuck_out_tongue: ) in Carbon fiber the BMW S1000RR. Here’s some photos:

Welcome back G! In the front fairings. I see a black trim around the corners. Do you do that after you make the part, or while you make it? (ie: add a layer of black material as the first layer, etc)

Nope, I do it after the part is finished. You see the black trim makes the parts more beatiful. After all, all my parts includes black stripes or trim, this gives me unique in the carbon fiber market.

Now I am creating 3pcs of full carbon fiber fairings for zx12 and you will see and carbon aramid material in the same part. Half Carbon and half kevlar. Propably I will finished in the next 20 days.

Great work! How do you get such a nice finish and how do you get the material to conform to such odd geometry?

Everything depends from the mold  the mold for the fairing is 3 pcs that connect it very well together without any gap. We create all the part separate and then we connect them together.

Great work , how did you get the black lines on the nose cone , what did you use ? they look very sharp

Great job! that bike is top dog these days!

so are you painting the black areas on then clearcoating the whole thing?

Well done George, your work is flawless as always, I wish I could come to the track day to watch it live!

I love how your pics are always an honest representation of your product, not using digital imaging as a way of hiding any flaws in the weave etc. Top effort.

Correct !!!

Just tell me which time to send you my phone to go together !!!

Thxs Malcolm,

this picture I just add our logo to upper and lower side.

All the others are 1000% original.

well done george, beautiful work as always!
