best CNC Router for begginer?

I want to get a small CNC router to machine carbon fiber parts mainly.
I’m looking at small work table sizes like 24" by 36".
Also need recommendations on the type of spindle, air or water cooled.
Can anyone make suggestions on where to look?

Thanks

Probably a modifiaction of Joes CNC 4x4 hybrid. Its the one of the most popular and has a lot of support.

I think you can better ask this at www.cnczone.com .
There a lot of models from china that do fine after some small changes.

A useful option could be a submersible work area. Carbon dust kills everything with a power cord.

also… ALWAYS go bigger than you think you need in terms of working area. if you think a 24x36 is gonna do it you might want a 24 x 48 or 48x48 or something like that… just looking towards the future, projects usaully tend to get bigger…

that water immersion thing would be awesome…
