been too busy making parts so here's 3 pictures

I think someone needs to work on their mold finishing skills! But the finished parts should come out cool with some work.

um the parts are pretty nice coming out…i use an epoxy gelcoat so theres always minute air bubbles that need to be sanded…hince the yellowing around the edges of the parts where its built up really thick, i can finish the parts in literally 10 min…i crank out 20 sets of these every week ontop of a few other complex parts i make…i leave the hole dimples in this mold because after the part is cured i have the option of sanding the excess resin or drilling the holes out…either way is super fast

why an epoxy gelcoat? I find it too thick and difficult to work with, are you brushing it in? If you are using epoxy resin an in mould surface coat like duratec clear works great and will require no finishing afterwards.

ive used 3 different types of clear gelcoat and to be honest…ive had problems with all of them, alot of parts i make are in high heat areas and the gelcoat tends to seperate from the part or crack…etc…doesnt matter how thick or thin its put on, eventually there is a blemish…so ill pass and stay away from clear gelcoat for now until some company comes up with something better to withstand heat better…parts always come out looking very sexy…too bad they dont stay that way ;p

what is that? part for a motorcycle? i dont know why your epoxy looks yellow , mine is crystal clear, even in the 1 litre container…

They look like a part of the rear-sets.

Have you got a picture of the finished part?

my epoxy looks yellow because of the hardener, when its built up like that from bridging it looks super yellow…once the part is sanded and or not messed up from bridging…then it looks very sexy, west systems epoxy…fastrr has told me about some other epoxy to use so once im done with this ill give it a shot, i use this because i get it really cheap…
