The bronze colour sort of disappears once it has been wet out. You can tell it’s not carbon fibre, but any passer-by looking at it probably wouldn’t notice a difference at all. I’ve attached an image of a little test piece I made using basalt. Notice the edges still look brown because they don’t have any backing layers behind, but the rest is darker where it is thicker.
There’s nothing wrong with it, but for me it’s just an expensive fibreglass. It costs me more than carbon due to buying carbon in bulk, but it doesn’t have the performance properties for me to warrant buying it in bulk.
