Axiom 5201 experience

I am hoping someone has some experience with Axiom 5201. My parts come out looking great pulled off an aluminum mold. But I am struggling with epoxy/fiberglass laminate molds. I am having lots of pinholing. I am sure its a mold temp issue. Has anyone found good dwell temps and duration?

I have similar issues with a differnt pre preg. When foam tools are used, there is some pretty major issues with sharp radii on parts. I think it’s tool heating issue, since the molds take a while to warm up and distortion often occurs on long pieces of foam. Don’t have a solution but, we did start to do a long pre soak in the oven. Really it’s like a hot debulk. I was reading a recent article that some folks did some research on this sort of a hot debulk. Generally with OOA prepreg you’re gonna wanna use edge breathing and do a long (8-16hr) deublk at room temp. This gives the material enough time to remove any trapped air or moisture. The defects I see do very much look like it’s bubbling, and it’s probably moisture escaping. The OOA prepregs I’ve seen TDS for generally have edge breathing as required. Some use perf some use non perf release.
