Automotive CF hood VACUUM BAGGING VS resin infusion

Dear SIr,
My name is Mr.Weera. I am in Thailand.
I want to make a CF car part production business.
After I searching for many information that is practical for me to get start the business, what the different between Vacuum bagging and Resin infusion. I see the theoretical is almost the same.It use the vacuum to push the resin throughout the reinforcement.
1.Vacuum bagging, put the mold and thing in the sealed bag and vacuum it.
2.just seal the bag on the mold and vacuum it.
Question:
1.what is the different between them?
2.What method is suitable for making car part bonnet ,fender, front bumper and etc. ? low volume of production 20 pcs. / mold. and look nice and beauty.
I am stupid guy and nobody can answer me in Thailand.
My English is not well.Pls. be patient and apologized for that.

Thank you for answer.
Weera E.

Vacuum bagging (as in “wet bagging”):

Laminate the part, then apply vacuum.

Resin infusion:

Apply the materials dry, then apply vacuum, then use the vacuum to get the resin into the fiber.

IF you put the mould in a bag, or use tape on a flange, is not important.

My big question is: What materials are available in your area? It does not make any sense to advise on resin infusion, if you cannot get the materials. (or are not willing to buy them abroad)

Thank you very much for your comment.

OK, with the GC207 (spray version) or GC206 (brush application), the Norester 680 and the RM2000 you can make great moulds.

The surface of your plug (the original bonnet) should be able to withstand the chemical attack and heat of the mould making process (test!!)

Use a good mould release.

The part:

I recommend infusion, for the better surface quality. Ask your supplier for epoxy with a lower viscosity. This one is too high.

Dear Herman
how low of viscosity?

My room temp is 26c( night) and 34c(day).
Thank you for comment
