Aprilia SXV and RS Parts

I just polished a few parts I clear coated this past weekend. They all turned out fantastic. The rear mud guard and exhaust shields are for an Aprilia SXV and the sprocket cover is for an Aprilia RS50.

hi mate, what resin did u use for the exhaust protectors and how do u find it handles the heat??

I use the VE from Express Composites and I use Adtech 820 with 823 hardener. I have had success with both but I lines the back of the part with a heat shield. Hope this helps!

Are you using the Hydrex 100 LV?
